Pretty much sums it up.  But check out my runs.  I have been running/walking on the beach for almost 2 months and 2 weeks ago I finally made it to running only:

Just choose your language and location.

WOOOOO!  I have no idea how to put that on my sidebar but perhaps I will at some point.

Also, I copied this extremely over-complicated tutorial.  Here is my version.  Buy some felt and cork coasters.  Cut felt to size, glue it on cork.

Of course, theirs look like something you would buy whereas mine look like chocolate covered graham crackers.
